OnePlus has introduced a relatively affordable flagship smartphone, the Ace 3 Pro. The new product has a large OLED display, a set of advanced cameras, an attractive design, a powerful hardware platform, and an advanced battery with increased capacity.

The Ace 3 Pro smartphone has a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED display with curved edges, a resolution of 2780 × 1264 pixels, a variable refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz, a peak brightness of up to 4500 cd/m2 and protective glass Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
The device is based on the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip with one Cortex-X4 core with a frequency of 3.3 GHz, three Cortex-A720 cores with a frequency of 3.15 GHz, a pair of Cortex-A720 with a frequency of 2.96 GHz, a pair of Cortex-A520 with a frequency of 2.27 GHz and an Adreno 750 graphics accelerator. Depending on the version, the smartphone offers 12, 16 or 24 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, as well as 256, 512 GB or 1 TB of UFS 4.0 permanent memory.
The Ace 3 Pro has the same main camera setup as the Ace 3, also known as the OnePlus 12R. It includes a 50MP main module with optical stabilization, f/1.8 optics and a 24mm equivalent focal length, an 8MP sensor with f/2.2 optics and a 16mm focal length for wide-angle shooting, and a 2MP sensor for macro photography. The main camera is said to support 4K@30/60fps and 1080p@30/60/120/240fps video recording. On the front, the device has a 16MP camera with f/2.4 optics and the ability to record 1080p video at 30fps.
The smartphone has a very capacious 6100 mAh battery, but at the same time has retained a very thin body. Ace 3 Pro became the first smartphone of the manufacturer, which uses the new proprietary Glacier Battery technology, which increases the battery density. OnePlus says that the battery will retain 80% of its capacity after four years of use. The smartphone comes with a fast 100 W SuperVOOC charger. With its help, the battery is charged from zero to 100 percent in 36 minutes.
The new product also uses an updated passive cooling system with a heat dissipation area of 9126 mm2. According to the manufacturer, it provides 36% improved cooling compared to the cooling system of the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro smartphone, and also has a 70% higher thermal conductivity.
Ace 3 Pro also received IP65 dust and moisture protection, support for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. The new product will be available in Porcelain White, Green Field and Titanium Silver.

The device starts at 3,199 yuan ($440) for the model with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage and goes up to 4,399 yuan ($605) for the top-end configuration with 24 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. The smartphone will go on sale in China on July 3.
