«Agroros Bank, which has been operating in the financial services market since 1994, will release its first fintech product based on a mobile application, AB Chat, aimed at individual entrepreneurs (IE) and small businesses, as part of its strategy for digitalization and development of banking services.

The key feature of the AB Chat software solution is the working environment, which allows solving financial problems in a chat format. The main page of the mobile application is a list of chats with the client’s counterparties, as well as with bank support and the Unified Tax Account (UTA). Having selected the desired topic, you can proceed to interacting with the counterparty. At the same time, filling out a payment order is also carried out in the format of an intuitive chat, without complex forms. Quick registration in the application by phone number, connection of an existing individual entrepreneur and opening of a current account online are supported.
«AB Chat is built on the basis of microservice architecture using Backend-Driven UI technology, which allows developers to make changes to the product and expand its functionality automatically, without the need to update through the store and reinstall. The technical stack of the application is compatible with Big Data and AI. The server part of the software solution is deployed in a data center certified according to the international security standard PCI DSS, allowing you to store, process and transmit bank card data.
Particular attention was paid to cybersecurity aspects and protection from intruders. All banking services of AB Chat are provided in digital form. If a voice call between the bank and the client is required, it is carried out only within the mobile application: the external telephone line is not used by AB Chat employees.
