The new products do not use buffer memory. The manufacturer does not specify which controller and flash memory chips are used in the eKitStore Xtreme 200 drives. It is only known that the controller complies with the NVMe 2.0 protocol specifications.

The manufacturer claims sequential read speeds of 7,100 to 7,400 MB/s and sequential write speeds of 4,700 to 6,700 MB/s for the SSD. Random read performance ranges from 900,000 to 1.1 million IOPS, and random write performance ranges from 870,000 IOPS (for the 512 GB model) to 1 million IOPS (for the 1, 2, and 4 TB models). The company also claims a resource of 550 to 4,400 TBW (terabytes of rewritten information) for the eKitStore Xtreme 200 series drives.

Since eKitStore Xtreme 200 are PCIe 4.0 SSDs, they do not have to meet increased requirements for active cooling. All new products are equipped with thin graphene radiators. When operating, the SSD consumes 4.6 W, and in idle mode – up to 20 mW.

The presented SSD series is already available in China. The manufacturer has priced the 512 GB model at 608.4 yuan (about $84), while the 1, 2, and 4 TB versions are priced at 967.2 yuan ($133), 1887.6 yuan ($260), and 3793.4 yuan ($522).
