Yesterday’s announcement of Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster remained almost without details, but the first details of the updated version of the 2006 zombie action game will be shared very soon.

Japanese publisher and developer Capcom has announced the Capcom Next: Summer 2024 gaming showcase, where it will reveal three upcoming titles, including Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster.
Capcom Next: Summer 2024 will take place on the night of July 1-2 (starts at 1:00 Moscow time). You can follow the event on YouTube – the broadcast already has a player.
In addition to the updated Dead Rising, Capcom’s upcoming show will include news on the Japanese-flavored action strategy game Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess and iOS and Mac versions of Resident Evil 7.
Capcom emphasizes that there are no surprises to be expected at Capcom Next: Summer 2024 — the presentation will not include information about other games besides those mentioned. The broadcast will last about 25 minutes.
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess will be released on July 19 on PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, and Game Pass. Resident Evil 7 is expected to be released on July 2 on iPhone 15 Pro, iPad, and Mac with a chip no worse than M1.
As for Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, the game does not yet have a release date or a precise list of target platforms. Despite the name, the project is supposed to be a remake, not a remaster.
